Yonsei University, National Center of Excellence in Software has established three core strategies to foster AI and software talent: AI/SW core education, AI/SW convergence education, and AI/SW societal diffusion. By providing AI/SW education for all students, the program aims to nurture world-class global leaders who will lead the human-centered AI era through multidisciplinary convergence education and research. To achieve this, the program will strengthen AI/SW major education by introducing a Career-Driven Curriculum (CDC) system centered on career paths for AI/SW majors. Additionally, the program will expand participation in the AI Convergence Advanced Major (Demand-driven AI Centered Education, DAICE) to enhance AI/SW convergence education and provide specialized training for non-SW majors. The program also plans to expand AI/SW educational spaces, improving the educational environment and maximizing outcomes through performance monitoring.
