Yonsei Mail Service
Yonsei Mail is the email service for Yonsei students and faculty members.
How to apply for an account?
- Access to Yonsei Mail. (http://mail.yonsei.ac.kr)
- Verify yourself with Yonsei Portal ID and PW and apply for Yonsei Mail account
Software Download
Yonsei University provides various software with the campus license, to support education, research and administration.
Software can be downloaded only from the devices with Yonsei University campus IP address (165.132.xxx.xxx).
Software download is available only for current students and faculty members.
What software are available?
MS Office 365, Statistics software(SPSS, SAS), V3 vaccine software etc.
How to download software?
- Log in to Yonsei Portal Services (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/indexe.jsp)
- Access to IT Service Website > Software (https://yis.yonsei.ac.kr/ics/service/software.do)
- Download software on campus

IT Helpdesk is located on the 2nd floor of the Yonsei-Samsung Library.

Computer Labs on Campus
Most college buildings are equipped with computer labs open to any Yonsei members. Computer labs are open mostly from 9:00am to 5:00pm during weekdays.
